In July 1987, plaintiffs, individual and corporate franchisees of defendant, Silk Plants Etc. Franchise Systems, Inc., filed a six-count complaint for equitable and monetary relief against defendant and its former president, Mark Dalen, predicated on their alleged breach of the parties' franchise agreements. In July 1989, plaintiffs moved for a temporary restraining order prohibiting defendant...
