Plaintiff, Mile High United Way, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the Arapahoe County District Court that affirmed the final decision of defendant, Board of Assessment Appeals (BOAA), upholding the revocation of a charitable property tax exemption by defendant Property Tax Administrator (Administrator).
