OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

Respondent Kelly A. Lind, n/k/a Kelly A. Bunnell, was injured when an auto she was a passenger in left the road. She sued the driver, appellant Michael Slowinski, and the owner of the car, appellant Paul Slowinski. Slowinskis in turn filed a third-party complaint against appellant Larry Bunnell, another passenger in the car at the time of the accident. The jury found Lind 5% negligent, Slowinski 55% negligent, and Bunnell 40% negligent...
