Plaintiffs Leonard and Lorraine Serratore sued defendants Michael Nardi and Dyan Nardi for injuries sustained when a car owned by Mr. Nardi and driven by Ms. Nardi ran into the rear of the car in which the Serratores were riding. At a trial limited to liability, the complaint against Mr. Nardi was dismissed and the jury found that the Serratores were not negligent, that Ms. Nardi was 70 percent negligent and...
