Mitchell has appealed from judgment and sentence imposed after violation of probation. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand with directions.

In November 1987, Mitchell received concurrent split sentences of 30 months incarceration followed by 30 months probation in Circuit Court Case Nos. 87-92 and 87-444. He completed the 30 months incarcerative portion of the sentences in April 1988 after actual service of 149 days, and the 30 month...
