WALKER v. STATE

No. 89-0431.

557 So.2d 241 (1990)

Anthony WALKER, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

March 7, 1990.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Louis G. Carres, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Carol Cobourn Asbury, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was charged and tried for a crime. He appeals upon the assertion that the trial court erred in denying his request for self-representation.

We affirm because this record reflects that appellant by his conduct did waive his right to self-representation. Brown v. Wainwright, 665 F.2d 607 (5th Cir.1982).

AFFIRMED.
