This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. After a careful review of the parties' briefs and the applicable law, we affirm.

The record indicates that sometime prior to April 24, 1987, the appellant Eugene Day was charged with receiving stolen property and theft. Julius Williams, the victim in the instant case, was scheduled to testify against Day regarding those charges. According...
