Jimmy Craig Willis was convicted of second degree murder in violation of Code § 18.2-154 for maliciously shooting into an occupied motor vehicle which resulted in the death of the driver, sixteen year old Billy Stewart. He was also convicted of use of a firearm in the commission of murder in violation of Code § 18.2-53.1.
