In a proceeding in the circuit court of Wabash County, the defendant, Stanton D. Ernest, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, was found to be in direct criminal contempt and fined $50 after he caused a subpoena for a discovery deposition to be issued to the judge presiding in a case in which the defendant was appearing as counsel.
