WATKINS, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Charles Reppond and Mary Reppond, filed suit against the defendants, City of Denham Springs and Charles Dugas, for damages allegedly caused by defendants' violation of the Louisiana Anti-Trust statute, LSA-R.S. 51:121, et seq. The defendants filed exceptions of no cause of action which the trial court sustained. Plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their suit. We reverse.
