Ronald and Thelma Tominello commenced a medical malpractice action against Dr. T. Janeway claiming that he was negligent in failing to timely diagnose and treat Mr. Tominello's knee infection. On November 20, 1987, a jury rendered a verdict in favor of Appellees and against Appellant in the amount of $250,000.00. Delay damages in the amount of $114,041.00 were added.
