Merrett appeals from a final judgment which awards Jacob Nagel $1,000 for reasonable attorney's fees expended by him in a guardianship proceeding, pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.610. That rule requires a party who seeks issuance of a temporary injunction to post a bond conditioned for payment of costs and damages sustained by the other party if that party is "wrongfully enjoined." Merrett argues the record fails to establish the injunction...
