Plaintiff-appellee was injured when she slipped and fell in a parking lot, used in common by all patrons of a shopping mall, and owned by L.E.G., an Illinois Corporation. Defendant, the operator of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, commonly known as "A & P" leased space in the mall for its grocery store.
