Salvador Chiapetta appeals from a judgment in favor of the defendant Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (Lumbermens) entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brennan, J.) following a jury trial and the denial of his motions for a new trial. Chiapetta contends, inter alia, that he is entitled to a new trial because the jury verdict against him is contrary to the weight of the evidence, and that new evidence has become available...
