Robert Ciaffoni appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County requiring him to pay counsel fees to the Estate of his father, Paul Ciaffoni, in the amount of $2,033.65. This order was entered as a result of this Court's remand pursuant to Rule 2744 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure (Rule 2744), to impose counsel fees as a result of Ciaffoni's frivolous appeal. Of the $2,033.65, $448.201
