I.

Today's appeal asks that we construe the housing and support provisions of a property settlement agreement incorporated into a final judgment of divorce. Three and a half years after the divorce the wife married anew and took the children to Batesville. The ex-husband then purchased his former wife's interest in the previously jointly-owned residence and now says his due has been done insofar as housing for his children...
