The primary issue involved in this domestic action is the effect of prior property settlement and reconciliation agreements on the wife's right to alimony and equitable division in the present action. The trial court divided the property the parties acquired after their reconciliation and awarded the wife rehabilitative alimony. Both parties appeal.
