The facts of this case are as follows. In March 1986, appellee, ANR Freight Systems, Inc. ("ANR"), entered into a contract with appellant, Dixon Ticonderoga Company ("Dixon"), for the transport of materials from Dixon's plant in Sandusky, Ohio.
