On March 31, 1989, Computer Data Systems, Inc. ("CDSI"), filed a complaint seeking declaratory relief against David Kleinberg ("Kleinberg"), and National Database Software, Inc. ("NDS" or "defendants" if referred to jointly), alleging copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of duty and loyalty.
