Defendant, along with three other individuals, is charged with possession with intent to distribute a mixture of 50 grams or more containing a detectable amount of cocaine base. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(1)(A)(iii). He allegedly resided in premises where the illegal drugs were found during a police search.
