Tommie Lidge appeals from the judgment of sentence of the trial court following her bench trial convictions of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. On October 12, 1989, appellant filed a motion to suppress evidence. The motion was denied after a suppression hearing before the Honorable Robert E.
