This matter is before the Court on motions for a preliminary injunction filed separately by plaintiffs C & K Manufacturing & Sales Company1 and JetNet Corporation in these consolidated actions. Upon consideration of the motions, the Government's opposition thereto, and the entire record herein, plaintiffs' motions are granted in part and denied in part.
