Plaintiff Wilmer "Knute" Knudsen was employed by Harlan Manufacturing Company (HMC) in 1965 as a salesman. Defendant Ed Andreasen was the majority shareholder in the corporation and he made most of the decisions. Knudsen was born in 1917 and he suffers from various physical ailments.
