James Reedy, a former city of Stanley police officer, appeals an order limiting the scope of certiorari review and a judgment upholding his dismissal from the police department. Reedy argues that the circuit court erred by limiting its review to whether the Law Enforcement Disciplinary Committee (committee) acted within its jurisdiction and proceeded under a correct theory of law.
