Before us for consideration is the appeal of Sharon Davis-Shafer from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County which sustained her objection to Carmella Minotti's nomination petition for Democratic committeeperson in the 7th Ward of the City of Easton on the ground that Minotti's petition did not contain a sufficient number of genuine signatures, but nevertheless permitted...
