Following a bench trial, defendants Wayne Saunders and Alfred Taylor were found guilty of possession of a controlled substance. Saunders was sentenced to six years imprisonment. Taylor was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment to run concurrently with a six-year term he received after pleading guilty to Federal narcotics charges. After both defendants filed separate appeals...
