Ralph and Mary Montoro, appellants, are equitable owners of a parcel of land consisting of two contiguous lots, each 20 feet wide and 110 feet long. Appellants wish to build a home on this parcel which is currently owned by George and Mary Enstrom, Mary Montoro's parents.
