The genesis of this case is an automobile accident which occurred in Montgomery County on May 26, 1984. On that date, the appellant, William J. Incollingo, was injured when his vehicle was struck by a truck operated by Keith Alan Maurer, and owned by Maurer Enterprises, Inc., the appellees herein.
