On January 17, 1989, the undersigned found defendant guilty of harassment by communication, 18 Pa.C.S. §5504(a)(2). By stipulation the parties agreed to submit as evidence at trial the transcripts of two preliminary hearings dated May 18, 1988, and August 1, 1988. Defendant filed a post-verdict motion in arrest of judgment. The only issue concerns identity of the caller.
