The appellant, Jack Tanner [Mr. Tanner], appeals an order validating a postnuptial agreement with his wife, Betty Wyle Tanner [Mrs. Tanner], discontinuing his financial support from Mrs. Tanner's guardianship estate and directing the sale of Mrs. Tanner's residence. We affirm. Mrs. Tanner's daughter from a previous marriage, Rita Jannis [Mrs. Jannis], cross-appeals from the same order denying her claim for the restoration of funds in two bank accounts...
