CONOVER, Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Anthony Jennings (Jennings) appeals the trial court's judgment forfeiting Jennings's $1,474 in U.S. currency and the 1976 Mercedes automobile he was driving because they were intended for use by Jennings in dealing marijuana.

We affirm.
