NORRIS, Judge.

The defendant, Albert L. Kidd, was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine, a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. LSA-R.S. 40:967 A. He had a jury trial, was found guilty as charged and later was sentenced to 15 years at hard labor. He now appeals, originally advancing six assignments of error. One of these, neither argued nor briefed, is abandoned. URCA-Rule 2-12.4; State v. Williams, 338 So.2d 672...
