John Novak is presently trying to reorganize his affairs under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 1101 et seq. (1988). In the course of reorganizing, Novak decided to file an adversary complaint against Donald Lorenz and North Shore Refrigeration Co., Inc., for breach of contract and tortious interference with a business relationship....
