Robert Henderson brought a legal malpractice action against Robert Cheeley, Joseph Cheeley, Jr., Cheeley & Chandler, and Joseph E. Cheeley, Jr., P. C. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Cheeley") seeking damages for matters arising out of its handling of Henderson's litigation with Glen Oaks, Inc.
