Vajda, brought this action for damages resulting from injuries and losses he sustained when a motorcycle he was operating collided with an automobile operated by the defendant Diane M. Tusla (defendant).1 The jury, through interrogatories, found that the plaintiff was 25 percent negligent and the defendant 75 percent negligent.
