I. Introduction

Stephen S. Gray, the Trustee of Leading Edge Products, Inc. and its subsidiaries, filed an objection to proofs of claim filed by Softvision, Inc. ("Softvision"). The filing of that objection precipitated the filing of a number of other pleadings, which, in turn, prompted the Court to adopt a procedure whereby the amount of Softvision's claim and the issue of its dischargeability would be resolved...
