Robert J. Kessler appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Swedish Hospital Medical Center and from the court's denial of his motion for reconsideration. We affirm.

Robert Kessler was an employee of Pacific Window Cleaning Company. Pacific Window had the contract with Swedish Hospital Medical Center (Swedish Hospital) to wash the windows on the Heath Medical Building, which Swedish Hospital owned. Kessler had washed the windows...
