Daniel Edward Rowe appeals from that portion of his judgment and sentence which imposed $25 costs under sections 960.20 and 943.25 without adequate notice and an opportunity to be heard and the imposition of 50 hours of community service in lieu of $200 costs under section 27.3455 (Supp. 1988).
