This is an action for the wrongful conversion of goods which were auctioned to enforce a lessor's privilege upon the lessee's default under LSA-R.S. 9:4756 et seq., the Self-Service Storage Facility Act. The district judge found a violation of the statute and awarded damages for loss of the stored goods.
