This medical malpractice action was instituted by the plaintiff-appellants, David G. Bowser and his wife Judith, against the defendant-appellees, Lee Hospital and John L. Bennett, M.D. Mr. Bowser claimed that the defendants failed to properly diagnose his injuries and/or treat him after an accident. Mrs. Bowser's claims were for loss of consortium.
