TAYLOR, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of one count of aggravated assault, a dangerous felony, and acquitted of one count of aggravated assault. Because he committed the offense while on parole, the trial court sentenced defendant to life imprisonment pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-604.02(A).
