The plaintiffs, John and Florence Chmieloski, appeal a final summary judgment which determines that they are not entitled to underinsured motorist coverage from a primary policy of automobile insurance issued by National Union Fire Insurance Company to American International Group, Inc. (AIG). We reverse. By describing the amount of UM coverage on the declarations page as the "statutory" amount, National Union provided that amount of UM coverage...
