The State appeals the Superior Court's order amending Gary Dana's sentence to allow him to attend welding classes at a community college. We affirm.

In 1987, Mr. Dana was found guilty of extortion in the first degree. He was sentenced to 6 months' confinement, with 30 of those days to be converted to 240 hours of community service at the direction of his probation officer.
