This is a survival action and wrongful death action filed by Huey E. Thibodeaux and his wife, Terradene Richard Thibodeaux (Thibodeauxs)1, against the St. Landry Parish Police Jury (Police Jury) and Wayne A. Reiners (Reiners), arising out of the death of the Thibodeauxs' son, Dwaine. Reiners thereafter reconvened against the Thibodeauxs and filed a third party demand against the Police Jury.
