FELDMAN, Vice Chief Justice.

David A. Myers (respondent) appeals from the Disciplinary Commission's (Commission) recommendation that he be publicly censured for his failure to appear on his client's behalf at an immigration hearing. We have jurisdiction under Rule 53(e), Ariz. R.Sup.Ct., 17A A.R.S. Respondent argues that he did not violate any provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility
