The complaint alleged generally that the defendants represented to the plaintiff that the property the plaintiff purchased was located on a public road, that the property was suitable for the placement of a septic tank, and that the real estate located between the driveway of the property and Griggs Road would be deeded to the plaintiff by the defendants upon the sale of the property owned across the road by the defendants...
