Following denial of his amended motion for new trial and alternative motion for new trial on the issue of damages only, plaintiff Bales appeals. The judgment had been entered on the jury's $1,500 verdict in Bales' favor in his personal injury action stemming from a motor vehicle collision with defendant Shelton.
