This adversary proceeding is before the Court upon complaint to determine the dischargeability of tax debts for the years 1978 through 1984 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(1). At trial, the parties stipulated that tax liability for all years except 1978 and 1979 was discharged.
