Following a trial by jury, appellant Dennis H. Bluhm was convicted of conspiracy to sell and the sale of 10 grams or more of cocaine in violation of, among others, Minn. Stat. § 152.15, subd. 1(1)(ii) and sentenced to an executed term of 32 months.
