John S. Lynch III, an attorney admitted to practice in this state, appeals a decision of the Disciplinary Board of the Washington State Bar Association suspending him for 6 months. He claims that procedures at the Board's hearing violated his due process rights. We conclude that the suspension for 6 months was an insufficient sanction for the conduct involved.
